About the stock market piece - the stock market is *designed* to be unstable. So Warren or anyone else asking what's being done to stabilize it is like asking the captain of the Hindenburg what he's doing about fire safety. The design of the stock market is the problem. No amount band-aids can make it stable. If stability is wanted, a complete re-design is required.
