More fascinating, alhough beside the point of the article, is the link to the "Leadership Principles," which are a case study in how to couch evil behavior in smarmy OD jargon. Most of them say nothing, really, they're all motivational-speak and leadership-babble. But more than a few are directly contradicted by actual practice, such as the claim of creating "...a safer...more just work environment."
