Consider the possibility that there is no true human freedom without responsibility. Our culture attempts to have 'freedom' without taking responsibility for the consequences of what we call 'freedom'. Because what we call 'freedom' can often enough be described as "doing whatever we want without regard for consequences." We have 'fake' freedom, ersatz freedom. That's why it often doesn't 'work' - often doesn't look, smell, taste, sound, or feel "freeing."

Also - directly comparing 'porn' and 'sex' is apples and oranges. Sex is meta to porn - porn is a subset of sexual activity. Erotica is a subset of sexual activity. Lovemaking is a subset of sexual activity. And so on. Sex and porn are indeed different, but not in the way this woman seems to imply they are to justify her imitation freedom. She's clearly having porn sex. Whether she's having any other kind of sex perhaps only she knows.
