Glad to see you included this: "Our democracies and governance systems must break their gridlock to become more dialogic, data-driven, distributed, and direct."
It is not "democracy" that creates polarization - it is our implementation of democracy using majority vote that is inherently, unavoidably polarizing, especially in a hyper-individualistic society such as the USA.
And, I would be wary of "data-driven," especially as our current technocracy would implement it. We need wisdom-driven democracy, and data is nowhere close to wisdom.
