I highlighted this:

...because having "staff training" in there just makes it so specific (and tragically hilarious, to me) and points out the foolishness of what someone might thing should be done. As if all the 'staff training' on other '-isms' and different abilities has ever done much of anything.

And, because youi're right on about the 'can of worms' - I can hear the thoughts already, "no way do we 'normal' people want to have to accommodate yet another bunch of people who think they're special, enough already!" The irony is just too deep...

Then there's the existing infighting in various marginalized groups over who is more marginalized, or who should or shouldn't be included, and so on.
