I'm curious how you see agribusiness subsidies in relation with your model. The USA has the cheapest food in the world, per capita. Subsidies to agribusiness are part of making that possible (and not just obvious "farm" subsidies but others such as transportation infrastructure, etc.). Do you imagine a coop such as you describe could compete if all those subsidies remain in place?
