It's obvious why Zeitgeist gets flagged with "conspiracy theory" - because it entertains the possibility that besides the damage from the plane impacts, the twin towers were brought down by controlled demolition. As the narration just prior to that segment says, anyone who questions the official story will be branded a heretic. And the official story is that the towers collapsed because of the plane impacts.
