Very much appreciate your clear retort about other people's racial stereotypes imposed on you.

The "African crab" anecdote caught my attention also, because it exists elsewhere among colonized people. I have lived and worked in Hawai'i several periods of my life, and the same story is told, with 'alamihi crab in place of African crab.
