A couple minor requests:

1) can we please have a global setting in our account settings to choose whether our Responses listing defaults to "most recent" or "most relevant" option.

At present it defaults to "most relevant" for everything and I always want "most recent" - so I have to change it manually every time I look at Responses, for every article I read.

2) can you publish non-trivial information on what your algorithm for "most relevant" does to decide what's "relevant?" Because whatever it does may have little to do with what readers and/or writers consider "most relevant." Frankly I think this is one of the most dangerous 'features' on Medium. The biases of your algorithm are unknown. We know there are serious issues with that kind of situation - racial discrimination in facial recognition algorithms as one major example.
