Thanks for responding, Ray, glad you are aware it's a factor. And probably aware that population is still a most taboo subject among those needing attention. Even ZPG wimped out and re-branded themselves as "Population Connection" decades ago.

I think acknowledging we don't know what to do is fundamental - and almost as taboo as population issues. We are deep in a "wicked problem" (https://wicked-problem.press.plymouth.edu/chapter/what-is-a-wicked-problem/).

Unfortunately, wanting a "comprehensive plan" contradicts not knowing, and is also problematic when dealing with wicked problems.
