The theory is simple. The implementation is what is often too challenging. Almost nobody in many generations has been taught to think for themselves - quite the opposite. And that habit of submission to arbitrary authority does not just vanish because we wish it to. People trained generation after generation by our hyper-individualistic, hyper-competitive society are crippled when it comes to collaborating. They were never taught how - quite the opposite. So there is a lot of very practical, fundamental, and difficult unlearning and relearning, changing of deeply established habits and behaviors, in getting back to the origins of humanness in the biology of love.
