Yes, and, "stabilizing" and "destabilizing" are less confusing ways of identifying types of feedback systems. It's obvious what they mean, compared to 'positive' and 'negative', where the technical meaning is often the opposite of the common usage of the word (a 'negative' feedback system is self-stabilizing, which is generally a good outcome, but will be perceived as a bad outcome due to the common meaning of 'negative'.).
